Let it stay in the water for four minutes. Take it out and channel energy in it. Now put it back in the water and wait for a minute. Then chant:

"Power of Water,

Flow into this object"

Let it sit for another minute. Say:

"Oh Gods and Goddesses of Water,

Enchant this item with your magic.

So mote it be!"

Wait for another five minutes.
