 Take the knife and cut the one you're binding.  Put the blood on a piece of paper. Fold the paper to a small square. Take the string and wrap it all around the paper while saying:

Light the candle. Visualize all of the negativity floating out of your body like smoke, floating into the flame, becoming part of it. Say:

 Meditate and clear your mind. When done, mix the sea salt into the tomato juice. Infuse the mixture with energy and your will. Drink it.

Simple Protection Spell

 Hold the charm in your power hand and close your eyes. If you carry the charm with you after doing the spell, you'll get better effects. Chant three times:

• Red, Pink and Yellow Rose Petals
• Anise Star
• Chamomile Flower
• 2 Pinches of Sugar
• 1 Pinch of Salt
• Drop of your Blood

• Charmed/Blessed Pendant

 Boil the water. While it's boiling, go into a small meditation, opening up your mind and heart. This gives you a lot of energy. Add the ingredients using your power hand (Don't add your blood yet). Once all ingredients are in, mix them. Take off your pendant and say :

 Find a calm room and spread the leaves out in the shape of a circle, Put the jewlery in it and sit in it. Close your eyes and imagine what you'd look like as a fairy. Now touch the piece of jewlery and visualize fairy energy going into the necklace/bracelet etc. and chant three times:

"Oh listen as my sweet wish sings,

please grant me my fairy wings.
